Playgroups

We are often asked by nannies if we know of other nannies looking to form playgroups and the answer is yes! The purpose of this page is to help you connect with other nannies in your area. You can either post that you are looking for a playdate, or search the exisiting posts to see if anyone else is looking.
Please use the following guidelines when posting your information:
- Indicate the area you work (by neigborhood is helpful)
- The number and ages of children (no names please!)
- Any specifics about when you would like to meet up
- How to contact you. (DO NOT LIST ALL YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION, ONLY FIRST NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES)
I am looking for a playgroup near Lake Tapps. Some surrounding areas are Sumner, Auburn, Booney Lake, and Federal Way. I know there are not many nannies in this area so I am willing to drive it I need to. I have 1, 11 month old boy. He has not been around other children much so my primary concern is socializing him. I am from this area and have been a nanny for 19 years. The family I work for lives in Auburn/Enumclaw. We get together with other nannys alot during the summer. I look after a girl (3) and a boy (5). We would love to get together with you we all understand how lonely the job can become without adult interaction at some point during the day .

Hello,
I’m looking for regularly scheduled playdates for the 27 month old little fella that I work with. He lives and plays mostly on Capitol Hill. His regular stompin’ grounds are Volunteer Park, Vios and walks around his ‘hood. We often wander our way to the Science Center, Aquarium, classes, various museums, etc but we’d love to be able to stay close by if there’s a particular buddy that’s nearby whom we can meet up with once a week or so. The best times for us are in the mornings, Monday-Thursday.

I work in Medina and have a 14 month old mornings and his brother (5) in the afternoons as well. We are looking for some buddies to hang out with mornings or afternoons.
